PT. NETWAY INDONESIA (www.netwayindonesia.com), a leading industrial and project supply company with products such as Flli Ferrari (Italy) – Knuckle Boom Crane – Dongyang Mechatronics (Korea) – Telescopic boom crane, Dongyang Heavy Industries (Korea) – Hydraulic Breakers etc, is looking for  young and dynamic people to fill out the following position :

1.  HR & GA
 
    Responsibility: 

• Handling industrial relations and its administration, company regulations license to DISNAKER.
• Lead in key areas of HR, specifically in Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Performance management, Industrial Relation, etc.
• Responsible to monitor and to renewing all contracts (employee, building, rental), and all formalities documents 
• Understand how to maintain all company facilities and company documents and also vehicles registration
• Manage and control all General Affair activities as building and environment maintenance, housekeeping, security, operational vehicle, government permit and employee travel.
• Manage GA related documents and solve other GA related issues

   Requrements:

• Candidate must posses at least a bachelor degreem majoring human resources management, psychology or any related field.
• Min, 2 yeas of working experience in human resources management
• computer literate, ms. word and ms. excel
• fluent in both spokem/writen english and bahasa
• have a good understanding of UU 13/2203 and other supporting labor law and regulation
• good communcation, ability to work with others and have a good work

2.  Sales Administrator
 

    Main Responsibilities : 

• Expediting all Purchase Orders as received by companies
  

    Responsibilities : 

• Manage all sales administration activities, sales marketing support, Logistical support
  
• Manage all sales administration functions, including sales order entry, invoicing, filing To Maintain Sales Data by Daily/Monthly/Yearly
  

    Requirements:

• Female/Male, maximum 30 years old
  
• Minimum Diploma (D3) Degree from any major
  
• Having good computer skill, familiar with MS Office
  
• Required language: English & Bahasa
  
• Hard worker, proactive and dead-line fulfillment oriented
  
• High integrity, committed, honest and responsible person
  
• Accuracy, cooperative as a Teamwork
  

3.  Sales Engineer
        Responsibilities: 

• Responsible to reach the sales target given by company
  
• Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc
  
• Able to convey customer requirements to Product Management Teams
  

      Requirements: 

• Preferably S-1 in any field
  
• Preferably 1-2 years experience in sales preferably in heavy equipment field
  
• Good speaking and writing English
  
• Having good communication and presentation skill, with strong analytical and interpersonal skill
  
• Enthusiastic and proactive, with strong creativity and result Oriented
  
• Excellent Computer Literacy  
  

          
4. Canvaser / Salesman
  
     Kriteria

• Pendidikan minimal SMU dan Sederajat
  
• Memiliki Kendaraan bermotor Sendiri
  
• Memiliki Surat Izin Mengemudi (SIM C)
  
• Berpenampilan Menarik, Jujur, dan Mau bekerja Keras serta berani menerima tantangan
  
• Usia antara 18 – 40 tahun
  
• Pengalaman tidak menjadi pendukung utama
